We are an experiential events agency creating immersive brand moments across physical, digital, and hybrid environments. We’re looking for an Art Director who can turn strong ideas into clear, compelling visual worlds, from concept to execution.

This role is for someone who understands that in experiential work, visuals don’t just communicate.
They set the tone, guide the experience, and bring ideas to life.

🦏 The Role

As an Art Director at White Rhino, you will:

• Manage and contribute creatively across multiple experiential projects
• Translate concepts into strong visual directions for campaigns and brand experiences
• Design high-quality print, digital, and BTL installations/materials
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual systems
• Collaborate closely with Account and Event Production teams, throughout each project
• Actively participate in brainstorming, concept development, and proposal creation
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines while adding your own creative perspective
• Support the team with fresh ideas, visual problem-solving, and constructive creative thinking
• Encourage teamwork and good communication, both with the creative department and the rest of our rhinos

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven design and execution
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience or strong familiarity with experiential, event, or BTL projects
• Understanding of exhibition booths, constructions, and spatial design principles
• Very good knowledge of Greek & English
• Strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and visual clarity
• Team spirit, curiosity, and a hands-on, proactive mindset

AI & Creative Technology (A Plus)

We value creatives who are curious about new tools and technologies, including AI-driven workflows.

AI experience is a plus if you:

• Use AI as part of your creative thinking or ideation process
• Explore AI tools for visual references, moodboards, concept development, or iterations
• See AI as a creative accelerator, not a substitute for taste, craft, or ideas

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D tools (Blender, 3ds Max, or similar)
• Knowledge of motion design, GIFs, or basic video creation
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
